I went through and rounded the inside and outside of the port on Friday night which made a difference to the ear. I probably going to round the top edges too at a later time. I will probably be louder yet when I meter because I will fold my seats down and I can push the box up about another 4". The recline of the back seats put my port about 4" from the back hatch with the seats folded down I can get up to 8" but the sweet spot on the meter has been about 6", at least with my old box have to figure that out with this one.
