Hello ive been following steve on you tube for almost a year now and i was wondering if any of you guys could help me.

i just recently bought a 2001 dodge dakota and the front two speakers are blown. now they are blown to where they sound like they are ratteling when they play. the manual says that i have the infinity sound system and i was looking to replace the two speakers. i was hoping to pay about 30-50 dollars for the pair and a guy here in winchester virginia said that he could put the speakers in for 38 dollars so let me know what you come up with and thankyou for helping me.

Hey man, you can easily install the door speakers yourself. I have a 2000 Dakota, it's easy as pie... That would increase your budget.

Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks :)

Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

It's extremely hard to damage the doors man, trust me. Give me a day and I'll get you some pictures of where to remove the screws.

Here is where the screws are.

I believe the 2001 model dakota's and up have different door panels.

I believe the speakers are 6.5" coaxial's.
