i have been thinking about my next build. just a really loud daily driver, not underpowered, and not pushing any limits. i really want a pair of HDC 15s or 18s, but i also want enough power to get things poppin. would the aq2200d be enough for 2 HDCs? i heard they can handle alot more than 1000rms apiece. any info would be helpful!

on their website they say running a single aq2200 to a pair of hdc's is good for daily :pardon: but then they continue to say on per or even two per lol id start with one then maybe get another down the road

If your only getting a single AQ 2200, why spend the extra money to get two subs. Just get one AQ HDC3 and be happy. It'll take up less space, and you save 300$. Just my opinion. What vehicle btw?

Edit: Orrr, why don't you take the money you save from not getting either AQ and buy you something nice, like a Lv 5 or the like. It'll sound alot better on the power, and you can get another AQ 2200 for it down the road.

Im just brainstorming ideas for my next car or truck (getting this fall). i'm thinking 2 subs, mainly because i'm a "never satisfied" type of guy. I know (vehicle depending) that one sub wont do it for me. if i end up getting a coupe or hatch, yeah all i'll need is a 15, but then again, if i end up just getting one sub, im gonna want 3k+.
