All i want is internet and TV for a reasonable price.. $60 or less. So what do i do.. i get a promo that makes the bill about that much. Then every 6 months they raise it back up to the original price of $120 or some crap. I have to call them every 6 months ask them for a promo and they say they don't have any. So i tell them to cancle everything.. then they tell me that they have a deal that is pretty new and its $110.. i tell them that is still way to much.. then they go to $90. Then i get a little irritated and tell them to cancel everything i'm going to Qwest or another company, They tell me that there service is better and they have better rates.. blah blah blah. So i tell them to cancel everything. Then 2-3 days later they call me with the price i want and sign me up for 6 months on that price. It is such a freaking hassle to go threw all this crap every 6 months. The guy i dealt with was a total dick today too.. he said he was going to put me on the "doesnt want service list and not to call" I told him that i will be hearing from the company in a couple days to get my service back. And he wasn't any help. Anyways 2 more days until my internet/tv expire so figured ide rant before it goes away . Skullz Posted June 25, 2011 Report Posted June 25, 2011 I installed cable for a few years for a competitor and everyone would switch every year between the 2 for the yearly deals they had going, it seemed as is every other house had our line and a comcast line ran to them. BeatBox Posted June 25, 2011 Report Posted June 25, 2011 we had the phone/internet for $60 bucks for a yr, then tso months ago...yr later from when i got the promo they doubled that sht to $116 now. its alittle much but they both work fine, internet is pretty fast dont ever wait for videos or anything to load for too long. plus it work prerect on ps3 i also have dish thats $60 per month so it adds up quick over all comcast has been good but they dont have promos after one ends for some reason lol Quote
