scooter99
It's all good, I deserve it! After this long and not even completed any projects, I deserve it. I just wanna build now! I would love some time to just work on this thing straight right now. I would get so much done! scooter99
Aww! Thanks guys! Ok so serious build question here. Would I be better off with an aero port in my application or a slot port? Either one would go through the rear deck. I guess Aero would be easier to do. Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
HatersGonnaHate
Aero. Less turbulence and it should be easier to cut out a straight hole with a hole saw, rather than trying to get a slot port up into the rear deck. IBleedMusick
I say go with the Aero since you're porting through the deck unless you want to cut up the rear deck and fiberglass around a slot port (WHICH WOULD BE DOPE!!!) I shouldn't give you anymore ideas but I can't help it. 2013 Dodge Charger Build Log 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0Build Log 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Build Log SMD SUPER SELLER!!!!My Selling Feedback
scooter99
That's a good point, although, what I'd end up doing is cutting out the entire area that the sub and port would come through in. Trying to cut out just the two pieces would be a pain in the ass! BTW, I gotta get to Harbor Freight! They had an air saw on sale this week for $10.00! That will help do this rear deck job! scooter99
I will most likely go with the aero! I think when I did it on Torres it was a 5" aero, so I'll have to order one up! HatersGonnaHate
Holy shit! Better pick that bad boy up!! So all that will be seen on the rear deck is gonna be the sub and the aero? That's if I'm understanding your design correctly...
