porksoda Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 Any of guys have any suggestions for a 12" Kenwood KFC-W3012 subwoofer grill? This is actually for my sister. I recently put one of those subs in here car, but I am afraid that she will put something in the truck and damage the woofer. I am eyeballing this grill but I wanna see if anyone else has any opinions for me. GS Audio BG-12 Universal 12" Subwoofer Grille (BG12 Grill) I would like something to cover the whole subwoofer like a waffle grill but I heard you cannot use older style waffle grills with new woofer. I guess because of the x-max on these newer style woofers. Scosche WGB12 12" Protective Waffle Subwoofer Grille I just wanna be on the safe side in case she her daughters stroller bumps into it. Thanks alot for the help guys! BJD3 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 If I were to guess I don't think you'd have a problem with the waffle grill. I just think they are unattractive as hell when they're all set up. I hate the clamps. Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above. Don't take it personally, I'm just abrasive. 2002 Buick Park Avenue DC Level 4 M2 12 D2 Car Audio Bargain 1600.1 Eclipse CD3200 ~2 cubes @ 34 hz. Stinger Roadkill Expert
