Made an awesome lasagna for the gf and I tonight. Had a 2007 castle rock napa valley Cabernet Sauvignon with it. Decent pairing I thought. Thats on tomorrow menu Im gonna make her a spinach, and ricotta stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken breast... trimmings, i havent decided yet probably (sense i have left over asparagus) ill do a pan seared asparagus/zucchini with garlic, herb, parmesan angel hair pasta.
