dmanson Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 does it mess with the quality of the sound alot? hell if anything it'll sound better. i have an Alpine Cd player at has a 4v output and added my audiocontrol 3.1 and it made a very noticeable difference. alpine is good for it's quality sound and that 3.1 made it even better. you can expect anyways from a 5v to 10 increase with any audiocontrol linedrive. i chose the 3. 1 because it allowed me to run a front, rear and sub RCA output, have a master control and a sub level control. so that's what worked for me. a good linedriver will make any h/u sound good.
