I want it for demo purposes only, playing music. My question to yall is what is the best design to use for best results. Feedback is much appreicated. Clamshell? aeroported? or slot port? homiewes
aero or slot ported.. no point in doing a clam with only 4 subs.. Quote My youtube channel, please subscribehttp://www.youtube.com/ballinblaza
Louisiana Bass
A clamshell would definitely be the most challenging to design, but it would be the beat IMO if done right. Good luck, can't wait to see how it turns out Quote N8. No homo...unless you want there to be.
''Bassman''
aero or slot ported.. no point in doing a clam with only 4 subs.. i had thoughts of that too but still it would be loud regardless of not many subs Quote Youtube Account : Bassman1439 New Build in progress: 1987 Jeep Cherokee 153 BT Alpine with 3 clarion eq 746 2 clarion mdc360 crossovers Alternator Mike Singer 230a and 350a Amps Taramp HD8000 Taramp HD6500 Taramp 5000 Taramp TS1300x2 Taramp 2000 Mids 16 Beyma mi100 8's 10 Beyma mi100 10's 4 beyma mi100 15's Highs 16 selenium st 350's/ 8 d250x horns outside Batts D3400 under hood and 8 d3100s Sub Stage 6 XL DC 15's 2 9KS
Louisiana Bass
Before you manke a decision, let someone with alot more expirience chime in OP. I just suggested the clamshell because I thought it would be awesome I'm doing an aeroported wall with 2 18"s in my truck. Quote N8. No homo...unless you want there to be. Supercharged DCs
It will be loud regardless of what you decide to do! If you decide to go with aeros, you would need a large number of them, and that can get costly. I'd say go with a simple slot port, unless you want to try something different. I'm doing 4 6" Aeros in my wall, been wanting to try them out. Quote Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.
