Technically, no. But the subs can be taken from you by the police and you wont get your money back.

Is there a big chance that'll happen...no, it's pretty unlikely that the police will do anything. They tend to not be a big help in burglary crimes, especially when it involves audio. And it's extremely hard to connect something in your car to something that was stolen.

well at least that's what a cop told me when they stole a boombox from my house, AND I FOLLOWED THE PERSON THAT TOOK IT....stupid cop.
