Im looking to buy a battery to help reduce my voltage drops in my car. It is a 91 Accord with the big 3, 1/0 Knu wire, BC2000D amp, and 1 AQ HDC3 15". I have a new stock 8o (eighty) amp alt and a fairly new (3 month) old Honda OEM battery. Any suggestions on a good/lower price battery for the trunk of my car for my amp. Im thinking a XS Power or Kinetik battery. I tried posting on the XS Power forum, but got no response. Help me out and if you know a website/place to get a cheap new one, let me know!

Largest XS Power battery you can fit under the hood (D3400 and up)

Pm Corona_Jeff I've found he has the best prices for batteries.

Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks :)

Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

I wouldn't recommend keeping the battery under the hood, as it's probably not AGM. It isn't good to mix AGM and non AGM batteries... But if your stuck on keeping it, I'd do a D3100 in the rear.

The reason I want to keep it is because it is brand new. Ive never heard of C&D, might have to look into that, what size though?

I'm not gonna say it's better than the D3100, because it hasn't really been tested an I'm not gonna base it in size. But the C&D belittled the D3100. We decided to weigh it and it came in at a whopping 100lbs.

I can measure it and get you dimensions and model of it later.

Upgrade your alternator then, you won't be taking up any trunk room with a H/O alt lol.
