XX7R Posted July 17, 2011 Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 (edited) Okay so back in late December i bought a BTL N2 15" fully loaded straight from Fi new. I had the sub sitting in my closet until april when i finally got my amp for it. So i was playing it today for some relatives and family and i heard the coil rub horribly, so i quick shut the whole car off. I took it back to my garage and looked to see what was wrong and there was a small crack all the way around the basket and it completely separated the motor from the basket. So i realised that the reason the coil rubbed so bad because its not even together!! So if somebody from Fi could pm me or reply back on here it would be greatly appreciated.. I guess i was just too excited to have the sub and i didnt want to have to give it up and wait another month or two to get it back.
