Maybe a little more expensive, but Ive learned it's better to save up and get what you will love the first time, rather than getting whatever is cheap and still not being very happy! Get another hifonics like you have and strap those bitches!!! But you can ask any decent amp company how much it cost to make 3k for them before profit and they will all tell you a price that is more than an audiopipe is AFTER ap's profit. And that's just in parts alone! so far... kam311 Posted July 20, 2011 Report Posted July 20, 2011 Okay so strapping in this case would basically be wiring 1 amp to each sub. So ond dvc sub wired to 1 ohm on each amp! "strapping them basically just means connecting the two amps so that they are in sync with each other (same gain, lpf, etc...) so that would be about 4800wrms at 2 ohms haha a little much, so I say sell your amp and get two amps that are 1ohm stable that do 1k-1.5k a piece! And as stated, you will definately need electrical for 2k+, in some cases even less so far...
