But they dont. The little yellow lights that come on with headlights stay on. The switch setup on my car is default off, one click fog lights, two clicks on, push forward for highs.

imo i'd still replace the bulbs

I agree, start simple and see if that helps with switching out bulbs. If not you have a more serious issue. Relays(if you can locate the damn thing) AREN'T expensive. Maybe 10 bucks at a local parts store.

im pretty sure the yellow lights hes talking about would be his marker lights guys and as for the high beams situation start off with replacing both bulbs then fuses then relay and later today ill give my bother a call and see if he knows where the relay for them on ur car would be (brothers a certified ford master tech) he should know lol
