01xtreme
first off I would start off at the speaker with a dmm, and see if there is a signal getting back there. If they aren't, and you are sure you hooked up the right wires I would just run new speaker wire to the back. should take 15-20 minutes tops. sam48879
Alright ill try that and see what happens i'm thinking it has something to do with those amps thats on the 6x9's
WickeD
Yea, my guess would be you have to bypass the amps for the 6x9's.
01xtreme
Yea, my guess would be you have to bypass the amps for the 6x9's. true that, I wasn't even thinking about factory amps. That should still be fairly easy. sam48879
Alright thanx guys i was thinking i had to do that but i wanted to check on here first before i did anything else basically it looks like im going to have to rewire everything ugh! FieroGrande
just get some wire and hook it up to the cd player and then get an old speaker or take one out and test it b4 you run all the wire. make sure each channel works on the cd player. BackYardSoundZ
So are you getting sound from other speakers in the car? If not then you have to connect the cd players remote wire to the harness's amp wire in order to power up the factory amp. If you are getting sound from others then the rewiring should solve it. Jus tryin to save u some time.
Shyne151
Looks at the 6x9"s and see if there is an amp built onto them... then rewire if so... I guess I just repeated what everyone else said.
