Anyone know a 1.5ohm stable amp?

Recommended Posts

Any 1 ohm stable amp will work at 1.5 ohms but after some rise you would loose some power, i would try something like a kicker ZX1500.1 wired at 1.5 ohms, that should sound very nice :)

Sounds like you need a fosgate BCP Constant Power amp...

:werd_msword:

2500BDCP would be a good match

Those amplifiers normally put out 3200rms or so, do you think that the 12w7s can handle 1600w (clean power of course)? Just curious, I didn't think they could take much more than 1kw.

Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks :)

Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

They should handle it if you are decent on the throttle! LOL! But... if they can't... it will be a fun ride while they last! LOL!

LOL thats true, id throw a 2500 on em, but my gains would all be set correctly and a proper box,

if the OP isint that experienced, a 1500BDCP will do,
