he said they suck bc they burn out at the same time where as halogen are a little off that way you drive with at least 1 lamp still working

theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer

no they were halogen xenons. and yes they burnt out at the exact same time, which was strange.

i never owned a pair of HIDs

ive had cheaper sets of HID's where one went out but never both at the same time. The ones i got now are a wwaaaay better brand but im positive if i blew a bulb for some reason it wouldnt effect both.  They are wired independantly all the way to the fuse so theres no way unless pure coincidence that it would happen to my setup.

chances are if they are running from the same power source same equipment, same time length use, and same "serial series number" they will burn out within a few time sessions of each other

oooh i was about to say even if xenons burned out at the same time theyll burn out in 8yrs or something. if properly installed and used they last so much longer than any other headlights.
