lowpt
Well work progressed on the ol' Black Widow today. I removed most of the old stuff including the compressors and tank. In trying to come up with a decent layout for the new equipment I realized it was near impossible to keep it all in the hatch. So, the tank will be moved under the car. the compressors will still be inside. They will flank the SA-8s. I also removed most of the old wiring and began running the new. I will be doing a single run of copper 1/0 for power. I am planning on grounding in the rear. I also got some of the underhood upgades (big 3) done as well. Fuse holders are mounted, batt. to holders, new grounds are ran, and the power to the rear is inside the passenger area. Hopefully the rain will hold off so I can get some more done tomorrow. There wasn't much that I did today that I felt needed to be photographed. I did snap one of the fuse holders in there new location.

But I havnt put it on a meter to see what the voltage drop is. lowpt
Thanks for the compliments guys. The crossovers have a smoke cover. So, I lit them up with some red LEDs. I tried to get a pic, but all that shows up is a red glow.

Was there any trouble in doing this? Here is how I ran mine. EDIT: Oops I just seen that you said alt to battery. The way I did that is I ran from alt to fuse block, then straight on top of that, from fuse block to battery. Worked out great. Anyway, I hope this helps! And btw, nice job on the doors! They look really good. I haven't even really started on mine yet, but will soon! Hopefully they turn out as nice as yours!
