I believe subs up port up would be best that's how mine will be. 3. 2 boards will be stronger then one most of the time. More boards also fights impedance rise. 4. I would just double baffle. But be sure to still do a lot of bracing. But be sure to still do a lot of bracing. let me be 100% sure on this. for a double baffle all i have to do is cut the holes the same size on both boards and then screw and glue them together?
