I wouldn't take the chance... I run my monos at .5 but everytime I tried to run a 4 channel lower than I should I ended up blowing those channels. (dc 120.4)

Also I run mine at 2.3 - 2.6. Can't remember exactly but, if i had a place for 4 more speakers I would do 1 ohm per channel.

Its how they work, think the AP3000 something, its just 2 of there 1500's in one. They can only be ran at 2 ohms why? Because each amp is getting 1 ohm...So pushing a 4 channel under 2 ohms is like pushing a mono under 1 ohm.

Dripping mine to 1.3 on the first 2 channels and 8 ohms on the 3rd and 4th channel.
