I am building my own box for my 15" btl in my crew cab 2004 f150...

I wish i could post pics from my phone right now since my computer is down

Smd needs a mobile app like CACO

The box is gonna net 4.1 cubes and be tuned between 33-34 hz the port is 3.5 x 17

Where are you located? You obviously have Internet on your phone go to photobucket.com and upload the pictures from the library on your phone then copy and past the img code. It will be slow unless you have a smartphone but it will work cause I wanna see it

Sorry this is so delayed guys... I just got my computer back this week.

So I finished the box, put the sub in only for it NOT to play.... pulled it out to find the motor cracked alllll the way through... almost cried. I have to find a replacement something and quick

Its the new body style... I am tracking down a new sub and meeting with a welder in the next day or so to get a bracket made for the seat behind the driver... Then just carpet and put my back seat back together again

Im still heartbroken about my 15" btl

That sucks. I have an resx 15 in my 1500 dodge and she bangs like hell. But the trucks parked and no bass in my other truck

K so... Options.. I can get a 15" btl friday which would just replace mine and drop right in... Or I can get a 18" btl saturday and widen the cut out... But the 18" would be a close to a snug fit width wise my box's overall width is 18.5 and the maximum cutout is 17"

here is the old box and the cause for my headaches.... 45 bracing the baffle infront of the port?? definitely dont understand why they did that...

I'm confused, your thread says its a 15" but the video clearly says 18"?
