On the birth sheet of the Kicker ZX1000.1 its rated near like 1100w right? I can tell you, if the Zx series is anything like the Kx series, you will love it. I had a Kx1200.1 and it was indestructible. Couldn't kill it, and it put out some power on complete stock electrical. One night, I got drunk and left the system playing without the vehicle on, my battery died before my amp did, and I cannot imagine the voltage that amp was seeing lol. Quote Bassless once again. This is true.. i was thinking about another L7 down the road or maybe a DC XL 15.... but that would be in like awhile.. Maybe like a 1500w rms amp would be good if you were thinking of expanding your system but if nothing else you could run 2 of these amps on 3 L7's or 1 DC XL 15 right?
