Dodge Dakota Box

So i'm building a box for my new kicker stuff and was wondering what would be best to build. Subs up port up, or subs forward into the back of the seats and port up. The box will be about 10 cubes after displacement. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sweet. Do you think it would sound better than subs forward though? I've heard both ways sound good so i figured i'd ask on here since people actually know shit on here

I can tell you it sounded better than sub forward/port forward, but that's the only two positions I've tried (that's what she said)

have you seen any other systems subs forward, port up in extended cabs though?

I have, and some have done well, others not so much. But every vehicle is different, and I can only advise you on what I've tried in my Dakota. Some other users with Dakotas on here are Pork Soda and Curtdakota (I believe that is their names )

I had a box with 2 12's in a 99 extended cab dakota with the subs forward and port up and it sounded really good. That is the only way i tried it tho, so i couldnt tell you which way is louder.

I am going to do Sub forward and Port up.

Unfortunately I haven't done anything lately because i just bought a new project/classic car (1966 Dodge Dart gt).

I should finish the Dakota build soon though.
