And you need a cat on that truck or it tuned with EFI live so your PCM doesn't throw it into super rich mode. A lot of things can go wrong here's the list I know of 1 Intake gaskets 2 EGR 3 TPS 4 IAC 5 fuel pump or filter clogged 6 bad O2 7 running anything but Delco plugs 8 clogged cat 9 vac leak under hood 10 vac leak under dash errrrrrrr 11 vac diaphram stuck/leaking (4x4) 12 spider injectors Sorry if I left anything out but still a good check list Hope it helps from Madison County Kenwood KIV-BT900 Front Stage RF 400-4 Runs off dedicated 4 awg ofc RE 6.5 125.5. Yes bad idea, and was probably not the cat then if it is doing same problem. WIth a boost/vaccum gauge T-tapped into a vaccum line on the intake mani. Should read in the -15 to -20 at idle. And go up to 0 when you hit the gas.
