redheat
I was wondering if a new car truck could run a rockford Power T1500 and 2 punch 500.. or would it strain the ele. system....
keepinitloud
I would suggest a second battery for any system that is at 1500 watts total and above Quote 06 chrysler 300C Hemi one mmatts dreadnaut 15 powered by a planet audio vx 2200d fosgate p200 running planet audio 8" midbass drivers and super compression tweeters stock battery and a stinger spv44 Irragi 300 amp alternator big 3 1/0 http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/55075-system-in-my-300c/page__view__findpost__p__763656__fromsearch__1
VIPmeetSPL
That will def strain it... Fosgates are power hungry.... That's not that big a system so you can do with a small battery...check out rams for sale post he had some Batt's for cheap u don't need much more than that
MrSkippyJ
I run fine with a t1500bdcp and a t400-4. Really depends on your cap. Best way to check is too watch your voltage. If it doesn't drop much you should be fine. That is on stock alt and batt. bumonskateboard6
I run 1 big battery, and 1 big alternator on ~4500wrms total and I never go below high 12v range. Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?
