Ive owned the SEs, and the SEx just doesnt appear to be able to handle the abuse the SEs i owned could take.. MACnonsence6 Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 i have the newer se motors on a 12 spoke basket with a recone from fi and i love it i think it gets down really low and sounds really good so perhaps the sex dont use that good of coil,cone,spider combo idk but i deff love my 12 j/s Quote I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha.
