whats better solid wire or wire with more strans

I solder all my connections and its way stronger than crimping and makes a better connection.... so I'm going to say yes you can solder solid copper to copper wire and it be a solid connection... but that's about as fat and this pipe dream goes, who's really going to put all that into a minute differance? Not I, its hard enough for me to get a whole day to work on my system much less worry about .01 of an ohm differance

solid wire doesnt "absorb" like stranded. you rely entirely on the strength of the solder and solder is weak. you can trust me that it would be a pain to get a good solder joint with this. its something i do at work.
