BassJunkie
Super simple to do. The hardest part will be mounting the actuators inside the door. (careful around the bare sheetmetal of the door!) I recommend these actuators over the other because of the swivel at the end and less chance of a bind. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_8468_Absolute-DLA110.html The two relays can be had for less than $2 a piece through partsexpress. EDIT: was ninjad 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. Electrical energy is not you havent lived until you've hit a screw with a router.

BassJunkie
Oh wow I didnt realize parts express had them so cheap, with the harness and all? You can get a fancy little plastic harness for easy wiring for like an additional 2.50 i believe. I didn't order them, wish I would have since it cost me over $10 in connectors from radioshack. Relay: http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=330-073 Female connectors: http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=095-302 Can't find the plastic thing i was talking about, made wiring a breeze tho. EDIT: found http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=330-075 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. baaudio
Okay so I've done a bunch of these. Not too difficult. The relay diagrams shown are correct. But s10s are a bitch to put actuators on. I may have a pic of the last one I did. But the easiest way to wire is run 16 gauge speaker wire from the outputs of the relays (pin 30 on each) into each door and connect to the corresponding wires on the actuator. Adding the locks isn't too difficult to do. It's placing the actuators in the doors. S10s are very limited on space edit: jeyrapboy pm me your email? I'm on mobile right now so that would be quickest to send you pics. Otherwise I'll upload in the morning Team NWSPL baaudio Build Log 2001 GMC Sierra walkthrough 4 Mechman Elite 370s, 10 AGM batteries, 3 Crossfire XS v2 18s, Crossfire 8k
