ryanthebasshead Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 I just wanted some feed back on wheather I should go with a d1 or d2 sub ..I have a honda prelude and am looking to put a DC lvl4 xl 18 with my audioque 2200 I have seen people run the AQ at .5 ohms but from what I have read u need a decent electrical Well here's what I got 1/0 gauge throughout car,big 3, and a kinetik 2400 in the back .. I know a new alt is also really good to have (im workin on it) So question is with this electrical would I be fine running my AQ at. 5 ohms? Or should I go with a d2 and wire to 1 ohm? Any help would be great thanks, ryan

I managed to design a box for an 18" lvl 4 that fit in the trunk of a honda accord. I saved a lot of space and volume using aeroports but it was still on the smaller side (5.5ft3 instead of the recommended 6ft3) I never got to hear it but they said it sounded awesome. Idk what the trunk looks like in a prelude but it may be possible if they are smart about it. formerly known as Jaylor Swift
