Jbabycsx Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Well my old MTX 81000D finally bit the dust after many years of service. It's powered many subs without any problems. Cant really say I am surprised though, it has been abused It was a beast in its day. Whats strange is that it failed while it was installed in my old ladies car. I had power going to the amp but no subs were connected to it. Her 8 failed a while back so I just left the amp in there. I know it wasnt water though. Oh well, it served it's purpose for many years.
