I havent tried that but I would assume that its fine being that the voltage only drops to low 13's when it is bumpin

But the thing is for days it will work fine then it will stsrt cutting out. If it was a voltage problem wouldn't that be a constatly cut out?

i have had this issue with a couple of hifonics amps and what i have found is they do not like low voltage to the rca's .....after a while some headunits and sond processors get warm and lose out put voltage (mostly head-units my audio control does as well )if you have it ran thro the audio control un-hook it and use the line drive i got a soundstream bx-15 bass machine and have not had the issue since....anther thing with them is they will fade in and out like ur dropping a voice coil if you have them turned down 2 low.... im not sure if this is the same with the colosus but i know the bxi,brz and hifi all have had those issues test the rca voltage while it is doing it best way would be to get a spliter/Y rca and hook in @ the amp test the out put with a digy volt meter.
