CJ18
More pics. Port trimmed flush For anyone that is just getting into building your own boxes, the next to tools are a must have. First is a router with a flush trim bit. This will allow you to make perfect copies of pieces and trim out the port perfectly flush. Second is a plunge router with a jasper circle jig for cutting out your speaker holes.

CJ18
Baffle painted and installed. I needed a second 175.4 do do this build how I want so I took the one out of my car and swapped it for my kicker 850.4 New Dakota Digital Voltage Meter...Thanks to n8 for sending me in this direction. This volt meter is badass. I used a D3400 to test it out. It is set to display High voltage at 16.9 and Low voltage at 12.0v I am going to mount 1 D3400 in the bed and run power and ground from it to the D680 you see pictured here. CJ18
Today's first update. Battery and amp rack built and weather sealed. These will get covered in black outdoor carpet once the varnish dries and I will have them installed in the truck tonight. More to come later. CJ18
Got in my LEDs today. I think I bought about 10 of these so the inside of the box should get nice and bright. Amp/Battery Rack I am not completely happy with the way the amp rack turned out. It will do for now but once the rest of the build is done I will rebuild it and have it sprayed with bed liner.
