no joke, on AVERAGE its $90 bucks to ship to canada.

i will talk to a fedex rep, now that i have spent THOUSANDS in shipping, maybe they can cut me a deal....but for now, thats the way it is.

if you wanna take a chance with USPS, its WAY cheaper - but their attitude is "oh well" if it doesnt show up. I will ship that way but i take no responsibility if it doesnt make it. Really, i trust everyone, but with that being the case, who is to say the RECIPIENT didnt keep it and say he never got it? I couldnt prove otherwise. So its no skin off my back to charge whatever fedex wants....as long as i know its going to make it and i have proof!

I appreciate your replies Steve, both in the e-mail and here. Hopefully something gets worked out for international customers such as myself. I will think it through about shipping with USPS but like you said, its a risk not only for me but for you as well.

Canadian distributers would be awesome for us northerners.

my girlfriend order me one of the dd-1s for my birthday on september 30th. when I go to the west coast website it says the order is still processing. I also have not recieved any shipping information. just wondering if there is a problem. please email me and let me know what info you need to find out if it got overlooked.

every single order all the way up to YESTERDAY has been shipped out. I have been 100% caught up for over a week now. Check your email for tracking.

I think i have 2 left.......they might already be spoken for, i wont know till i get to my shop. Anyone who orders from today on will for sure have theirs shipped by early next week as i expect to get a LOT by the end of this week. FYI: The last 14 orders, went out the very same day they were processed. Once i have full inventory, everyone who orders will get tracking the same business day they order. Its easy for me once im caught up - even though i am now, i have one last SMALL hiccup until next week...which i shall be all good!

I had the same problem with being shipped to canada, i live in nova scotia, but i did pay the 90 bucks shipping, a buddy of mine deals with a lot of stuff in the states an knows of a few cheaper places and ways to ship, but at lease steve is taking the time and looking out for everyone who has bought one, so i dont mind paying the extra 90 bucks, its well worth it

thanks man...i am waiting on a call from my FedEx Rep to get some better rates now that the amount of shipping i have done in the last 4 months has gone up %1000 percent. They are hopefully going to help us out a little bit here. The reason the bigger companies can ship so cheap is probably because they are big and already have deals in place. I am still a small timer when it comes to this so its gonna be expensive for now....at least internationally.

It is not a shipping error, I'm in Ontario and had a little issue with shipping as well. Apparently Fed Ex are retards when it comes to international shipping!

Hey i am in buffalo ny almost everyday, i do not have a passport so i cannot enter canada, but if you wanted to you could ship it to my auto repair shop and pick it up there.
