Thanks bro I might just do that! From experience do you think I could get away under 700 for 2x15's? I will look into the Z more in detail. Strange that it's not on the sundown site though... (maybe I missed it) you should be able to get 2 sundown sa 15"s for under $600 and they will for sure take 3k daily with ease...im not big fan of the kickers they seem to blow up in all my buddy's cars b4 i can hear them... but i have owed sundowns sa 12"s and they were by far the loudest set of 12"s i have ever owned or heard. FI also makes some dame good 18"s at a good price i have a 18" Fi Bl and it gets nasty loud...i dont know how much space you have but i would say get t2 15"s and it will be louder than 18"solo all day(depending on box &power) im not sure about the Z's or nightshades but Amazon sells sundown and im pretty sure they sill ship to Canada Thanks buddy, I'm pretty much totally off of my SoloX kick. I can get some SA-15's on the cheap but I'm worried about the power handling on them (600RMS rated). I plan on making ABSOLUTELY sure that I don't clip it. I know that's mostly caused by user error. But I have a beefy amp and I'm a little worried that i'll burn them for daily use (2hrs a day). When you had your 12's you were able to pound em on 1.5k each no sweat? Why would they say 600 if it can take so much more? About the SA-15's anyone have input? i wouldn't suggest 2 sa 15's on 2600 watts in the hands of someone still wet behind the ears. hell i wouldn't suggest it for a lot of vets. It's Rated at 2600RMS but someone told me I'll probably be seeing 900RMS from it. (hifonics bxi2610D). Love the amp but it is what it is and I don't know if the previous statement is true. I'm planning on making sure I see no clipping. Going to invest in a DD-1 around December and will break in the sub(s) I will be getting until then. DC looks sick and so does AQ. I have a 15" BTL but don't feel comfortable reconing it. Nice sub.
