so i have 20 feet of 4 gauge and 20 feel of 0 gauge i need to do the big 3 and hook up my amp and im confused on what i should do. should i use the 4 gauge for the amp or for the big 3? im planning on running a brz 1700d it takes 160 anl would the 4 guage be okay for it?

if it was my vehicle..id do the big 3 in the 0 gauge and use the 4 gauge for the wire..that way further down the road youre not redoing your big 3..thats just me tho :)

yeah do big 3 with 0 gauge and run the 4 gauge to your amp. Then use the rest of your 0 gauge for ground from your amp. If ur amp has 0 gauge inputs. Thats what i would do.

Amps = Kicker 750.1, Going to install Sundown 1500D v3 and Sundown 125.4

Battery = XS D3400

Wires = Kicker RCA's, 0 Gauge street wire and Stinger

Mids and Highs = Stock

Alternator = 220 Mechman

Sound Deadner= Fatmat and Stinger Road Kill

Sell your 4 gauge and buy 2 gauge wire for your amp and use 0 gauge for big 3 done deal :D

I would run the 0 to the amp + and -

Use whatever 0 you have left for whatever part of the big 3 it fits best.

Then use double runs of 4 to complete the rest or the big three.

BTW I've got the same amp.

well ill never be upgrading the alt on this car so i should be okay with any wire for the big 3. would the amp be okay on the 4 guage? its the flat kind so it would be a hella lot easier to run.
