I went to give the carbon fiber some shine and make sure it wasnt gonna come up, by glassing it over with some resin. Well it didnt work out well and it bubbled up and wrinkled. So i had to scrap it and just painted the front. I used this skatter spray paint stuff for texture. Then went over it with spray on truck bed liner. Here it is Then i built the false floor and set the box in. And the amp rack on to see how it was gonna sit. Pretty happy with the way it turned out. This is looking back from the driver's seat. Pretty mean looking. lol. (And i know the fire wall is covering part of the subs, but it wont rub on the surround and i would cut it but my parents wont let me. Maybe after im out of college. :/ ) Here is my dad. Helping me route my power wire. We ran 2 runs of 1/0 from the front batt to the back. Gonna be on the 1.2K for now and when i get a second battery they will just be on it and i will get more 1/0 for the amp(s). I have been out of town the past couple of weeks and now im at school so its gonna be moving even slower. :/ But i ordered some Stensils from TEchForce the other day and i just got them. They are for my amps to essentially relocate the DC logo so that i can mount 1 of the amps upside down. (after i get enough money to order it that is) OH and i dont have my car up here at school so i have to wait for my Subs to get put together before i go back home to hook them up and i can run my volt meter then. and a sexy TechForce "Decals and Fried Chicken" decal for my car window! Thanks to WindowTinter (Dennis) for doing the recones and helping me with the direct leeds. ^^Repin the Norton's Car Audio shirt. haha I did my own Direct Leeds and it was my first time doing them so they kind of look bad. lol Those pics are uploading now. This was my first time doing direct leeds so they didnt come out perfect. They will work, just dont look as good as the ones your pay for. lol I also used 12awg instead of 8 because i had the 12 available. it will hold enough current. Should be fine. here they are freshly installed lookin so purdy ^^ Trunk isn't sealed off yet because i just installed everything but will be eventually. And here is all of the wiring.
