melb-bass Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 i had a similar issue, the way i solved it was to take off the top peice and put box in the trunk, then screw down the top peice in the trunk. prblem is that you cant seal the top permanently with glue or caulk, so i used a rubber lining between the top peice and the box.
