I haven't really looked into making my own yet. no. because 14v batteries need to be charged at 16v. 12v batteries are charged at 14v. Yes I'm sure he's aware of that, but he is asking that because the battery of the test bench is not being charged. I respect your input Kranny. Ryan916 is correct.
