Looks like #2 is the winner. The only problem with doing the all CF is that I cannot get the vinyl to stick just right to the sharp edges of the logo just the way I want to. I am liking the contrast of having some color in there also.

Have you tried to take a cylinder that is the size of the dustcap, pipe perferably.... then put the cr on push it down in the corners place some seran wrap over the all cf one then put the cylinder pipe whateverover it.... fill it with sand to hold the gaps down

Might work, I donno if it will actually help in the hard corners

And what did u use for the silver just painted it, taped the logo
