that works with me

cut the next 3 panels and traced them out

all cut up

an a nice fit too

then i proceeded to cut the other holes, a ton of em 60+ haha

put them all together and glued em

on the divers door this lil guy had to go, so no more trunk pop.... well its there i just hid it, better anyway, then nobody can get in my trunk without a crowbar or the key

then they got shaped and the channel for my door wires got put in too

then i finished em up an put em all on

got some tweeters too

this is still unpainted

and i have beauty rings for the speakers that will go on eventually and match the color scheme which i haven't decided on yet, so far red accents, silver and black to match the car

the bolts will get covered with trim push's but i need to get them, and i have bigger priorities, ie my recones

and yes if anyone wanted to know i love the cheap focal's they sound quite nice, and once i get my tweets in ill cross them over right and get my 15s in there instead of my temp jbl p1222's at .5 on the dc 5k amazingly they handle it nicely

if the floor is wood hell yea it would!!

i dont know how good it would stick to metal, but if you put 1/8 masonite down i would make that very strong and durable

ill try it and let you know, maybe if it is rough, cuz it does stick to a plastic cup pretty decently

ive been draggin my box around for few weeks welding and everything, even kicking it hard as fuck just to see if it would come off but no success

It already has roll on herculiner on it. But that stuff sucks.

yea ive used the spray on rubber coating from dupicolor so whatever

i used their paint and that was pretty good so i figured, but it just rubbed off metal so easy

put the wood down if you can

if not id sand with something rough, wire brush on a drill would be fast and efficient

i would defiantly spray it on too, more consistent than a brush and you can mix in an auto paint to thin it slightly and get a color in it... that id what im doing next!!!! mix the black in and it will dry and spray perfect!
