Would that battery be able to hold up with the aq 1200 and the 4 channel? Put them in line with the + side. Caps don't do a great job of keeping voltage steady. Maybe for very short bursts, but music doesn't just play in short bursts. Caps are best suited (in a daily driver) in an electrical system that can already keep up. Caps do a great job of smoothing out current and voltage, where sufficient supply is available. I know that is the worst technical explanation ever, but it's what I got.
