i really dont know anything about mids and highs and how ohm laws work when you start messing with multiple speakers. so i was wanting to do 3 6 1/2's and 2 tweeters in each door, 5 1/4 and a tweeter in the A pillars, and a 5 1/4 in each sail panel.

i dont even know what amp to get 2 ch? 4 ch?

thanks guys

This may be your best friend. from the sounds of it, you're running 14 speakers total. that's a very weird number to work with for amplifiers.

i'd either add a speaker or take away a speaker each side, personally. that would give you some easier numbers to work with.

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

Add one more speaker to each door

Id say make sure you can wire it all down to 2 or 4 ohms

say wha?

Easyier ohmload, and if you choose a pair more i would go with 2 4 channel amps.

By the way, in the toppost you say 3 6 and 2 tweets per door, in you post (1,2,3) above you go with 6 tweets and 4 6 at all.

Best bet is to draw it all out on paper and figure out what speakers will run on what channels. Unless you are running crossovers, you are going to need to make sure all of the same size speakers have their own channel and you run active so you can adjust your crossover points
