What material to use for 1/8" designs?

hardboard or masonite would be the best 1/8 is pretty thin though.

take a tape measure and measure it. that'll tell ya :good:

Hardboard is kind of like unfinished paneling. It is smooth on one side and rough on the other. Very stiff and strong. It cuts and sands pretty rough. But if you are going to cover it with something it wont matter. It also comes in 1/8 inch. I use if for all kinds of things.
