Sanitarium
Do you think the bc2k will do fine pushing 3 15's? number and size of subs is completly irrelevant. final load to the amp(s) is what's important. If what you're asking is will it be enough power to see good performance out of the subs, then yes, 700 watts give or take per sub will be good for those subs. TeamHT
a better way to approach this would be "this is my budget, this is my equipment, this is my electrical, please suggest me some amps" straight vs threads are prohibited. Where do you get VS thread from this ? Just so everyone kind of gets the picture and stays on the same page, ANY TIME you compare one or the other, this or that, it is a VS thread. It's really not that difficult to understand, and yet you guys question it like its not really a VS thread. Point was made, just thought a little clarification would be good. What are the voicecoil configurations of the subs? Quote Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
getlocivic
i would get a crescendo 2k.. as for alternators..i personally run a dbelectrical alt for alomost 3yrs now without any issue..my buddy got a 250 amp alt for his blazer for 250 bux.. and deka or shuiriken for batteries... they r just about the cheapest and reliable
