DC level 4 18 enclosure

I need help designing a enclosure for a dc level 4 18 it will be in a 2002 xterra

width:41"

height:20"

length:24"

that is what I have to work with I'm looking for somewhere around 6cu ft and 32hz for tuning. I could really use some help.

I don't know how to post screenshots here (don't think I can anyways), but I worked this out in the Torres Calc:

Box Dimensions

Height: 22

Width: 39.5

Depth: 20

Port Dimensions

Height: 20.5

Width: 4.5

Length 28

Misc

Woofer Disp: 0.26

Baffle Thickness: 0.75

#Common Port Walls: 3

Sub Upward

Wood Thickness: 0.75

Stats

Gross Volume: 8.34 ft^3

Port Volume: 2.08 ft^3

Physical Port Length: 22.75"

Port Bends: Yes

Port Area Range: 72-96 in^2

Port Area: 92.25 in^2

Port Area Per Foot: 15.38 in^2

Net Volume: 6.00 ft^3

Tuning Freq: 32.94 Hz

This is with Sub up, port facing backwards I believe. I'm not necessarily an expert at this, hell haven't even made my own box yet. Just throwing this out there and hopefully somebody else with more experience may be able to tell you whether or not this looks right.

I feel you on that man, I'm waiting until Christmas break when I've got a decent break off of college to build my own personal box and I'm so stoked to start up some DIY. Big sense of accomplishment!

^ that looks fine to me, just make sure you account for any bracing disp.

I'll draw it up in a sec here. You don't have anything for bracing, but dowels don't take barely anything so I'm going to add them and 45(s)
