Drillrig52 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Box is going to be 6.5 cubes with 2 Sundown SA-15s. Using 6 or 10 inch pvc for ports. I want to make sure im not going to have port noise and I want it to get down LOW. The aero port calc is saying for 31hz to have 18.5 length on 2 6in ports. Or 20.5 length for 1 10in port. Which do you guys think would be better? 93 Toyota Corolla Big 3 1/0 Wire Rockford P400.4 Rockford T1000.1BD Rockford R-Series Components up front POS Kicker KS650 Coaxials rear deck 2 Sundown SA-15s Alpine CDE-123 Head Unit Custom Sub Box 5.8cubes 31hz

loudNlow87 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 At 6.5 cubes net? 1 10" would be better. Two 6" ports leaves you with about ~8" per cube. Ew. Pro7 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 I believe 1 10in will give you 12in^2 per ft^3 of port area which in in the range of the regularly accepted 12-16in^2 but the 2 6" do not they are about 8in^2 per cube so I would go with the one 10" I've gotten a blowjob and picked up my iphone behind her back to see what email notification I got from smd before
bassrace Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 You found 10" pvc? Pro7 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Oh I see I was mistaken then I was thinking that it was the same as slot ports. But still one 10 would work right? I've gotten a blowjob and picked up my iphone behind her back to see what email notification I got from smd before
