put back in your stock lights to see if they work. if for some weird reason they dont turn on then u can have a more serious reason. But b4 u do that jus do me a favor and check your headlight fuse in your car, make sure its not blown

also check the fuse on the HID unit itself. in the pic it looks like im looking at a red fuse. am i right?

yes red fuse, both fuses are good, remember i also tried BOTH ballasts and BOTH bulbs... so im just curious is it power issue or what?

headlights work just fine, i put other ones back in. they turn on just fine.

cantbe a power issue since HID draw less power than your conventional halogen headlight. most HIDs draw about 35watts. not 50 - 60 like most stock lights. so power i highly highly doubt is an issue. jus check your cars headlight fuse, probably located inside your car somewhere. if its not that then i would send em back

I checked that too.. nothing.. its all tight and secure and i dont see any reason for it to not turn on.
