Does any one know were to get the materials im gonna need for cheap? Also what to use to make the tank so the fish dont die the first night. A build list of materials would be good. mrwigglezdj Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 hell just make it then , so it can be as deep as you need it for it to be flush with the gate and as tall and wide as you need it, plexi would be best bet being in a car unless you realy want to pay out the ass for temperd glass, maybe looking at 75-100 for plexi thick enough for the job 6 dollars in silacone and i would get a pice of 3/4 mdf and cut a hole in the mdf so the tank can slide into the mdf (so the mdf holds it tight so it wont pop apart) do that on the top and bottom and since its going in a tail gate it will be fiberglassed in rite? ......
