Might take forever but fiberglass the 45's? Or cut up PVC and make 45's?

Just trying to spark some ideas.

WOW! Just think what you could do with real tools?! All sarcasm aside, go buy a circular saw. It will make your life much easier, faster, and you'll probably get more friends coming to you for builds with the better quality work you'd be producing. Pretty sure my jigsaw should have a kicker logo on it, since I only ever have to use it for their square holes.

... I have BEEEEEEEEN trying to get another Table Saw, but all the one's that I see are either out of my price range ( that i'm willing to spend due to Christmas shopping ), or used and look kinda beat up.

... And I appreciate the compliments on the enclosures - And it was make it faster to cut - Even though I do have a High Power Jigsaw..

damn! impressive work for only a jigsaw!

But for real, i strongly suggest you figure out something for those corners, 45s or something glassed. With that many corners it is likely it will not play well otherwise.

Thanks for everyone's concern on the build - I do have 1 question though:

... How big do the 45s have to be? The port is 4" wide

I'd suggest just filling the corners with resin to make your 45s. would make the box even stronger too. Just wondering, because I'm building my own t-line, where did you "start" the line from? I see that you have a larger area where the sub is going to sit, so I presume you "started" measuring for the line in the first spot where the port area was actually correct?

P.S. since you are using sketchup, you can just draw in imaginary 45s and then measure from the 45 to the corner of the board and see what size keeps your port area the closest to being consistent as possible. that's what I've been doing and it's pretty easy too!
