I'm building this box based on the " FS " of the sub, which is 29.2Hz ... The Sub: (1) 12" Hifonics HiFi12D4 ( $31.00 ) The Enclosure specs are: ... 2.16CuFt Tuned @ 28.8Hz - The Port is like 116"(9.67ft) Long, 4" Wide, 12.5" High ... This is a 3D Model of the T-Line Enclosure: ... I'm going to use one of my DB Drive DBA1600.1Ds to power it: WELL!!! That's the Introduction, Helpfully things come out right... ... I'm going to have everything FLATTENED out, my Clarion MCD-360 will be set to 29Hz Oh yeah - My Table Saw just crashed out on me - So I have to Jig saw it all out now - UGH! So much for the straight cuts!!!!!! T-lines are made to use low power and I've not seen to many people put more than 300rms on one. Other than that it looks good! Jeep Cherokee 4dr -4.75 in front, new rusty's 4.5 in rear leafs -micky thompson 35x14.50x15 -locker rear -Rusty's offroad Engine/transmission/transfer case/crossmember/gas tank skid plates -Warn front bumper with 8000lb winch -Custom rear bumper -Warrior product tube doors (summertime) -Optima redtop (starter) -26XK miles and still runs like a bat out of hell Kenwood H/U 1/0 wire, 136 amp alt 200 ah batteries 12.7 daily 2 Apsm 1500 @ 2 ohm strapped on zv3 d1 with ns softparts Mb quart 125.4 wired to 4 aura 6's 3.6 cube box tuned to 36 plays down to 23hz

I have tended to notice that when you have alot of bends in a t-line the output is reduced quite a bit. Interested to see if this is similar. Hopefully not! Your T-line is going to perform terribly without 45s. Maintaining constant port area thoughout the line is very important. If you like building boxes, get yourself a nice little table saw. I know i'm going to need 45s, but without the Tablesaw - It's not gonna had.. That's a handful of boxes without a TableSaw... ... So I mean I have a decent steady hand - But I don't think I can do the 45s CONSISTANTLY! I measured the length of the port DIRECTLY in the center of the port walls... So it should be consistant throughout the beginning to the end...
